The countdown is on — CIPHERS ESP applications are due Monday, July 1

The Collaboration for InterProfessional Health Education Research & Scholarship (CIPHERS) initiative at the College of Medicine is thrilled to announce the third offering of its Education Scholars Program (ESP), a longitudinal faculty development program oriented to WSU health professions faculty and those with affiliate appointments who want to deepen their understanding of learning theory as it informs practice and apply these concepts to developing skills in education scholarship.

Co-facilitators: Dr. Dawn DeWitt, Professor & Senior Associate Dean, CIPHERS Director, WSU College of Medicine and Dr. Julie Larsen, Associate Professor, Department of Nutrition & Exercise Physiology, WSU Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine.

Eligibility: The ESP is open to all WSU health professions faculty from all campus locations or healthcare professionals with a WSU faculty appointment. Individuals with teaching responsibilities who anticipate career paths dedicated to teaching, leadership, and scholarship in health professions education are encouraged to apply, in addition to faculty who teach in clinical settings and/or residency-affiliated faculty.
