For a limited time only, we are offering a sampler box that contains Choice-grade beef – perfect for the grill. For Mom’s weekend, beef can be picked up at the Meats Science Laboratory on Thursday and Friday, April 9 and 10 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm, Saturday, April 11 from noon – 4:00 pm, Sunday, April 12 from 9:00 am – noon, or by arrangement. Payment by check or cash (exact change) only.
