We still need panelists!
We are looking for volunteers with a palate for Indian foods to participate in our sensory panels.
To qualify as a panelist you must:
* be over 18 years of age
* you must have lived in India, Pakistan, or Bangladesh for at least 10 years
Panel Dates:
Friday, Oct 9 and Tuesday, Oct 13 –Non-vegetarian recipes containing chicken.
Wednesday, Oct 14 and Friday, Oct 16 – Vegetarian recipe (does not contain meat, but may contain dairy products).
Location: Food Science and Human Nutrition Building, Room 146, Pullman campus
Test sessions will start every 30 min from 10:00 a.m. through 2:30 p.m. Each session will take approximately 15 minutes of your time.
You may attend one session per day. For each test you complete, you will be awarded a $10 shopping card, or a $50 card if you attend all 4 days.
As an added incentive, you will receive a $1.75 coupon for Ferdinand’s Creamery following each completed test.
