Talk on Palouse Prairie Habitat Restoration

Join the WSU Pullman Common Reading Program in learning about the efforts of the Phoenix Conversancy to restore the Palouse prairie on Tuesday, Feb. 6, at 4:30 p.m. in CUE 203. Palouse Prairie project manager Shannon Collins and executive director Chris Duke will talk about the Phoenix Conservancy’s efforts to restore Palouse prairie, one of the most endangered ecosystems in the world, as well as their work with other global habitats. This is great opportunity both to learn more about the Palouse area we call home and also to learn about the opportunities for student involvement with restoration efforts.
