Take advantage of new CrossFit facilities

Find your inner athlete and get in shape this fall with WSU’s CrossFit program! The new CrossFit facility in the Chinook Student Center can accommodate more athletes than previously and will improve the experience. Now workouts will have an outdoor aspect with the new turf facility. Weight training has also been improved as you can drop weight in the new space.

If you’re new to the activity, University Recreation has classes that let you see if CrossFit is for you. Get a Jump Start, five classes in five days, or take an introduction class which meets twice a week for eight weeks. You can also purchase a CrossFit membership for $75 where you can take as many classes as you want and use open gym time to do your own workout or refine specific skills. For more information, and to sign up for classes, please visit urec.wsu.edu/fitness/washington-state-university-crossfit/.
