Sweat the Stress week is here!

If you are in need of a study break during finals week, University Recreation is here to help! Starting today UREC will be offering free fitness classes all week! Free fitness classes include, but are not limited to, Zumba, Hot Yoga, TRX, Spin, and Body Pump. Participants must have a membership or a purchase a day pass to partake. Classes are offered until Dec. 19. Sweat the Stress offers a plethora of options for classes and times to fit any schedule! Make sure to check out Sweat the Stress and let UREC help make finals a little less stressful.
