WSU alumnus, Keith B. Wheeler has one goal: to inspire others to find their motivation and turn their challenges into stories of excellence.  Since he began his career as a classroom teacher in Tacoma, Washington, Wheeler has been dedicated to discovering how people achieve.  Through his experiences working with at-risk students and academically-challenged schools, Wheeler became a leading authority in academic empowerment. He founded Keith B. Wheeler, LLC, an organization that aims to empower students, parents, educators, and organizations with strategies that increase productivity, self-efficacy, and resilience in the face of adversity. Now Wheeler returns to WSU to talk about his own journey and share insights into finding success and motivation. Based on his book, H.O.P.E.: Helping Others Pursue Excellence, he’ll show you how even in the most impossible circumstances, excellence is possible.
