Support Movember with University Recreation

Join Health & Wellness and University Recreation in supporting men’s health programs with Movember! During November men are encouraged to grow a mustache to spark conversation about prostate cancer, mental health and other health issues facing men.

Free fitness classes will be offered every Monday evening for men and women during November. The Outdoor Recreation Center will also be hosting a Primitive Shelter Skills Clinic, Wednesday, Nov. 8 from 5-8 p.m. and a Primitive Fire Building Skills Clinic Thursday, Nov. 9 at the same time.
