Summer heat has arrived!

The warm summer weather has arrived. There are a few things to keep in mind when enjoying outdoor activities and or working outside during the heat. Be aware of the signs and symptoms of heat stress, dizziness, thirst, nausea or vomiting, irritability and exhaustion are all signs of heat stress.  It is important to apply sunblock as recommended, take breaks in the shade, and to drink plenty of water. Remember to keep cool and enjoy the summer fun!
