Student Financial Services-Ready to Serve WSU Students

All systems are “go” in Student Financial Services (SFS) as it heads into the busiest time of the year for servicing students. Financial Aid Awards for the 2014-2015 academic year have been delivering to students’ ZZUSIS accounts since early May and will continue to do so throughout the semester. For students who don’t yet have aid, Emergency Short Term Loans will be offered when possible. Students needing to explore this option for books or living expenses should contact their local Student Financial Services office.

Delivery of Aid-August 20

Please be aware that Student Financial Services will begin disbursing financial aid to WSU students’ accounts on Wednesday, August 20. We’d appreciate you encouraging students to check their ZZUSIS  and WSU email accounts to be sure they have taken care of business with our office, so their aid can be delivered when classes start. Helping Students

SFS appreciates the WSU community’s patience as our office focuses its energies on serving students in a caring and efficient way at the start of the semester. If students need help, please direct them to visit their SFS campus office, email at finaid@wsu.edu, call 509-335-9711, or check the SFS website at FINAID.WSU.EDU. Pullman campus students should use our online appointment system found on our SFS website home page to make an in-person advisor appointment.  Thank you!
