The Pullman Campus Student Financial Services office, including the Communications Center which answers customer calls and processes customer emails, will be closed Tuesday, July 28 from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. for an all staff training meeting. Faxes sent to Student Financial Services and customer emails sent to finaid@wsu.edu during our one day closure will be accepted but will not be processed until the next business day.
The SFS office will resume normal business hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 29. Please note that regional campus Student Financial Services offices (Vancouver, Tri-Cities, and Spokane) will be open to serve students on July 28. This one day closure only impacts the Pullman Campus office. We apologize for any inconvenience the closure may cause our WSU community partners and customers, and thank you for supporting our office.
