Store WSU records securely

It is the responsibility of each WSU unit that creates, collects, stores, and maintains University records to ensure the security and integrity of the data under their care throughout its entire life-cycle.  All WSU records must be stored in a University-owned or approved storage location for the required retention period of such records.

Storage space may be requested through facilities services at the following locations:

  • WSU Pullman; telephone 509-335-8456
  • WSU Spokane; telephone 509-358-7994
  • WSU Tri-Cities; telephone 509-372-7253
  • WSU Vancouver; telephone 360-546-9000

If acceptable space is not available at a WSU campus location, records may be stored at the Washington State Records Center.  Contact Procedures, Records, and Forms for further information; telephone 509-335-2005.
