The Administrative Professional Advisory Council (APAC) invites applications from interested Administrative Professional (AP) personnel to fill vacancies on the Council. Openings are for 6 council positions to each serve a three (3) year term beginning July 1, 2014. Current open positions are for (6) Pullman and (1) Tri-Cities and (1) Spokane, plus alternate positions (Alternate positions can be from all campuses or sites). Applications will be accepted from March 1 – March 30, 2014.
The purpose of the Administrative Professional Advisory Council is to serve as a liaison between the administrative professional (AP) employees and central administration and to effectively communicate important issues.
Objectives of the APAC are:

Serve in an advisory capacity regarding AP issues;
- Represent the interests of AP employees;
- Provide a forum where AP employees may discuss University-related issues of mutual interest; and
- Disseminate information between AP staff and Administration.
The Council meets for an hour and a half once a month with the opportunity to serve on subcommittees which may require additional time.
