Spread the Word–Student Financial Services Grab-N-Go!

Starting this week in Pullman, Student Financial Services (formerly Financial Aid and Scholarships) will debut a new pilot workshop series called Grab-N-Go! These informational workshops will be served up to students in an “express” delivery style–bite sized, 15-minute sessions, to accommodate their busy schedules.  The easy-to-understand, quick format is geared to empower students with knowledge about general and cyclical financial-aid related topics that may impact them now and in the future.

This week’s topics focus on the Financial Aid Census Date which happens Jan. 24 and the fastest way for students to receive their aid money. Today’s workshop will be offered at 10 a.m., noon, and 2 p.m. in the Student Financial Services Office in Lighty 380. These are “drop-in” sessions and are personalized to address students’ questions also. Grab-N-Go sessions will be offered once to twice monthly. Please spread the word! For more information or questions, please contact Student Financial Services at 509-335-9741.
