SmartHealth deadline approaching

Eligible employees who carry medical insurance through WSU can earn $125 toward medical expenses through SmartHealth — but you need to act fast! The deadline to earn points for the 2023 Wellness Incentive is Nov. 30, 2022 for most employees. Those hired on or after Sept. 2, 2022 have through Dec. 31, 2022 to earn their points.

The $125 SmartHealth Wellness Incentive is either applied as a reduction in the deductible for traditional plans, or as an additional deposit into your HSA if enrolled in a CDHP for 2023. Those who waive medical through WSU are not eligible to earn the incentive, but are still eligible to use the platform.
