When:

  • Option 1: July 14, 15, 16, and 17
    One-hour sessions between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. each day
  • Option 2: July 12 and 13
    Two-hour sessions between noon and 6 p.m. each day

Where:

  • Food Science and Human Nutrition Building, Room 146
    WSU Pullman

To participate in this panel:

  • Be 60+ years of age and living independently or unassisted
  • Be able to communicate in English
  • Have no food allergies
  • Be able to complete an online questionnaire prior to in-person sessions
  • Have not participated in any previous sessions (March, April, or May)
  • Be able to attend 4 hours of in-person sensory evaluation sessions at the WSU Sensory Science Center.

Compensation for completing all four sessions is a $30 Ferdinand’s Ice Cream Shoppe or Walmart gift card.
