SFS Open Forum

Do you have questions about your award? Would you like to know how the awarding process works? Do you have questions regarding WSU, State, and Federal regulations? Would you like to see a service added to our daily operations? Or, do you have general questions for Student Financial Services?

The Office of Student Financial Services will be holding Open Forum sessions for both faculty/staff and students in our conference room, Lighty Building room 380. Our office wants to take some time to connect with you to see how we are doing, if we are providing all the services you need to be a successful student or a better employee, and if you understand our processes (why we do things a certain way). Brain Dixon, Assistant Vice President, will be the head speaker and will answer any of your questions and/or concerns.

WSU Students, you can attend one of our Student Sessions on December 3 from 10-11:30 a.m. or December 5 from 12-1:30 p.m. (Pizza will be provided by ASWSU, and we will have a raffle for 2 other prizes as well!)

WSU Faculty & Staff, you can attend one of our Staff Sessions on December 3 from 12-1:30 p.m. or December 5 from 2-3:30 p.m.

There will be a moderator to introduce Brian and guide the sessions as needed. After a brief introduction from Brain, majority of the time will be given to you and the other guests to ask your questions. We will also have a staff member moderating our social media sites (Facebook and Twitter). So if you would like to post your questions or comments there … they will get answered. Just be sure to use #WSUSFSOpenForum somewhere in your post and/or tweet.

Light refreshments will be made available for all sessions.

For more questions, check out our Event Flyer or call Student Financial Services at (509) 335-9711.
