Customers utilizing the Service Request System through Information Technology Services (ITS) may experience minor slowdowns in the completion of submitted requests, as ITS works to enhance our internal systems. There should be no impact to users, however if you request a service and experience significant delays in the completion of your request, please email ITS@wsu.edu and we will investigate the situation right away.
In October, customers who manage online billing statements can expect to see a new and improved format as part of these system enhancements. ITS will provide additional information toward the middle of September, along with opportunities for training on the format changes users will experience. Watch for further announcements coming soon!
