On July 22, Information Technology Services is introducing ITS Customer Center, the newest front-end portal for WSU departments to request phone and data services. ITS Customer Center will replace the existing ITS Service Request System (SRS). This permanent change affects all WSU departments who request phone and data services from ITS, primarily signature authorities and their delegates.
ITS will be hosting overview sessions in the Information Technology Building, room 1076, to provide more details about using the new ITS Customer Center portal and to answer specific questions. Registration is not required, and four sessions will be available:
- July 11 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
- July 12 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
- July 15 and 17 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
All WSU departments need to complete any pending requests within ITS SRS by July 19. Future requests can be handled within ITS Customer Center.
