Service catalog links on its.wsu.edu to change Feb. 1

Information Technology Services (ITS) is moving the Information Technology Service Catalog to a new website and revamping two primary customer contact resources effective at 8 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 1, as part of ITS’ continued commitment to improve access to technology support for the WSU community.

As service information moves to a different website, existing its.wsu.edu links and listings for service pages will redirect visitors to new links. ITS recommends all users update any saved or bookmarked service links to the new catalog site when it is published on Feb. 1.

ITS is also publishing a new WSU Technology Help Center, a user-friendly site designed to centralize contacts for technology services and support systemwide.

Along with the new system Help Center, Crimson Service Desk is introducing a similarly designed customer support home page, expanding accessibility to self-service resources and enabling seamless communication with the support team.

The updated and user-friendly interfaces are accessible via mobile or desktop devices and enhance the visibility of the diverse technology support services WSU and ITS offer, empowering users to locate and engage the technology support they need.

For more information, please contact Crimson Service Desk at crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu or via phone at 509-335-4357.
