WSU strives to provide an exemplary service experience to our clients. This is a challenge for an institution this large and distributed across so many locations and serving a diverse client base. This interactive workshop focuses on the “Customer Service Skills” that make WSU memorable to our students, to their parents, and to each other.

The training takes place on Wednesday, September 12, from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.
