Sept. 15 – Supervisor as Motivator (videoconferenced)

What is motivation? How can you motivate yourself? Is it possible to motivate others? This workshop, taking place from Sept. 15, from 9:30 – 11 a.m., provides an overview of various theories of motivation, including Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, goal setting, and self-regulation. Recommended for all WSU supervisors. Originating in Pullman, this course is available statewide through Academic Media Services.
