Sept. 26 – Videoconference to Feature Policies and Regulations for Service/Comfort Animals

We invite faculty, staff, and students to a workshop on Friday, Sept. 26, from 1-3 p.m. that will provide an overview of the policies and regulations covering service animals and comfort/emotional support animals on campus. We will cover policies under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Federal Housing Act, provide clarity on definitions of service/comfort animals, and address questions from the audience.

Information will be  presented by:

  • Meredyth Goodwin, Director, Access Center
  • Phyllis Erdman, Associate Dean, College of Education

This workshop will originate in Pullman and be available statewide via AMS Videoconferencing Services.  Specific locations follow:

  • Pullman (Lighty 405)
  • Spokane (SAC 415)
  • Tri-Cities (TWST 224)
  • Vancouver (VECS 120)
