Sensory evaluation of wines

Dates:  March 27, 29 and 30, 2017

You may come to one, few or all panels!

Time:  From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Location:  Food Science and Human Nutrition Building, Room 146

To qualify as a panelist, you must:

  • Like wine varietals: Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Red Wine Blends
  • Be 21 years of age or older
  • Complete a pre-screening questionnaire to determine your eligibility to participate
  • If you fulfill the criteria listed above, choose a time to attend a half-hour evaluation session.
  • Once you qualify, choose a date and time that is convenient for you to attend a half-hour session.

Your total compensation:

If you complete one session = $5 Ferdinand’s Gift Certificate

If you complete 2 sessions = $13 Ferdinand’s Gift Certificate

If you complete all 3 sessions =$24 Ferdinand’s Gift Certificate
