Please join us on Thursday, Sept. 20, 11 a.m. to Noon in ETRL room 101 (Tri-Cities in Floyd room 224) for a discussion on graduate school by a panel of MME faculty.
They will discuss that there are many ways to be very successful in graduate school, and that everybody’s situation is different. The panel will share stories from their graduate school experiences–what it was like at other schools, managing relationships with advisors/mentors/lab mates, use of university resources, and much more. Bring plenty of questions!
The panel includes Dr. Jacob Leachman, Dr. John McCloy, Dr. Lei Li, and Dr. John Swensen. Meet the speakers before the seminar in ETRL room 119 from 10:30 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. Light refreshments will be served.
