This is a reminder to departments to submit all seasonal employees to HRS for appointment review.
When a non-student temporary-hourly employee works for WSU on a recurring seasonal basis, they may become eligible for employee benefits. A season is identified as a period as short as three consecutive months that recur on an annual basis. HRS will do a full review of all seasonal employee appointments submitted by departments to determine eligibility.
