SDC Lecture Series: ‘Post-Artificial Design & Construction’

The SDC Lecture Series for Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 will host a group of globally recognized thinkers, artists, scholars, and entrepreneurs in the area of artificial intelligence in design and construction.

The theme of this year’s lecture series is “Post-Artificial Design & Construction,” which is a way to think about an era in which AI has become so embedded in our lives that is no longer a subject of curiosity, discussion, contemplation, let alone lecture series.

Speakers include Sandra Manninger (Sept. 16), Hassan Ragab (Sept. 30), Martha Tsigkari (Oct. 21), Kristen Forward (Nov. 4), Wanyu He (Nov. 18), Naveen Kumar Muthumanickam (Feb. 10), Philip Bergsieker and Erena Friedrich (Feb. 24), Rick Murdock & Curtis Fletcher (March 24), and Immanuel Koh (April 7).
