Save the date for Elevating Cougs 2025

HRS Learning & Organizational Development and Modernization are pleased to announce the return of Elevating Cougs, WSU’s largest in-house employee development event, coming Oct. 22 and 23!

Elevating Cougs is a two-day, virtual conference, made for Cougs, by Cougs. Through peer-driven learning, the conference provides relevant, accessible, and actionable training and professional development for all WSU employees.

Session proposals for the 2025 conference are now being accepted. Learn more about submitting a proposal online. All interested WSU staff and faculty are welcome to submit a session proposal.
