Reserve your seat for the ASWSU Multicultural Fundraising Dinner

The WSU community is invited to attend the 18th annual Multicultural Fundraising Dinner and Silent Auction on Friday, Sept. 16, on the Pullman campus.

Seats for the event, which will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Compton Union Building (CUB) Senior Ballroom, can be reserved online through Sept. 10. There are five sponsorship levels available, ranging from individual seats for $75 to the “Cougar Gold” level for $850.

Jordan Frost, a 2018 graduate of WSU and an educator at Issaquah High School, will give the dinner’s keynote address. During his time at WSU, Frost served as ASWSU president and student regent.

The money raised will support three recruitment conferences sponsored by ASWSU: Children of Aztlan Sharing Higher Education (CASHE), Shaping High School Asian Pacific Islanders for the Next Generation (SHAPING), and Visionaries Inspiring Black Empowered Students (VIBES). The funds offset student registration fees, food, housing, and transportation.

Community members can donate items for the silent auction; email Gisselle Salazar for more information.
