Request a copy of “Tales of Two Americas,” the next WSU Common Reading

Digital exam copies of “Tales of Two Americas: Stories of Inequality in a Divided Nation,” the 2021-2022 Common Reading book are available for request for faculty and staff who want to consider use of the book in courses or in student programming. The book, which will be used extensively on the Pullman and Tri‑Cities campuses, is a 2017 anthology of short selections by 36 authors that address inequalities through a variety of lenses. As an anthology, the book lends itself well to class use as limited selections can be incorporated into course readings.

Entering first-year students on the Pullman campus will be provided a digital copy of the book later this summer. To request an exam copy, visit the Common Reading Program website.
