Reminder: Turn in your forms for Open Enrollment 2019

The Open Enrollment period for 2019 is ending this Friday, November 30. If you are planning to make changes to your benefits elections and have not yet done so, please complete and submit your forms as soon as possible.

Online forms can be submitted at https://fortress.wa.gov/hca/ecoveragepebb for changes to medical and/or dental selections, and https://pebb.naviabenefits.com/ for Flexible Spending Arrangement (FSA) and/or Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) enrollment/re-enrollment. Once a form has been submitted, be sure to print or save the confirmation page for your records.

Completed hardcopy forms can be faxed to 509-335-1259 or turned in to your campus’ HRS office.
