Friday, January 17, at various locations and times around the South Puget Sound for our Friday Hands-On Field Trips.
Saturday, January 18, full conference from 8 a.m.– 8 p.m. at the South Puget Sound Community College in Olympia, WA.
Mel Darbyshire, the head baker for Grand Central Bakery, will be our keynote speaker. Early Bird pre-conference registration is $100, Regular Registration is $125 and $145 for those registering at the door. Scholarships are available.
