This proposal-writing seminar on research proposal writing techniques is applicable to all sponsors as it addresses the conceptual aspect of idea development, writing for reviewers, and tips and strategies that have kept the presenter, M.S. (Peg) AtKisson, Ph.D., funded continuously throughout her career.

There is special focus on proposal development for federal agencies. The presentation is designed to be informative, applicable and engaging. Question and answer periods, practical examples, specific tips & hints for some of the major funding agencies, an extensive handout, breaks, and ample time for lunch, also help to ensure that there is maximal gain from the program. This seminar is a prerequisite for the follow up, Mentored Proposal-Writing Workshop Series: Write and Submit a Competitive Grant Application.
