Register now: Distinguished Faculty Address and Celebrating Excellence banquet

Members of the WSU community can now reserve seats for the Distinguished Faculty Address and Celebrating Excellence banquet. Both late-March events are part of  Showcase, WSU’s weeklong celebration of academic excellence.

This year’s Distinguished Faculty Address will be delivered by Patricia Hunt, professor in the School of Molecular Biosciences. The topic of her address will be “Errors, age, and the environment: when research collides with the real world.”

The event will be held Wednesday, March 25, at 3:45 p.m. in the Compton Union Building Junior Ballroom on the Pullman campus. Reservations are recommended.

Reserve seats for the Distinguished Faculty Address

The Celebrating Excellence Banquet honors outstanding achievements of WSU faculty and staff. An awards program recognizes distinguished members of the University community. The banquet will be held Friday, March 27, at 5:30 p.m. in the M.G. Carey Senior Ballroom, Compton Union Building, on the Pullman campus. Reservations are required.
