Register for spring fitness classes

Registration for the first session of spring fitness classes is open! University Recreation offers dozens of classes that can work with any schedule. We have early morning, lunchtime, and evening options for every day of the week.

Fitness classes are a great way to stay motivated with your fitness goals this spring. Each class is taught by a certified instructor who can provide guidance and one-on-one coaching during sessions. Most classes with UREC come out to about $2 per class.

There are several types of classes to choose from depending on your fitness goals. If you’re looking to improve balance or flexibility, try mind/body classes such as yoga or mo-flex. If your goals are to increase your work capacity and focus on heart rate, try Aerobics and Conditioning classes like Body Pump, GRIT, or Pink Gloves Boxing. We also offer well-known classes like CrossFit and U.S. Masters Swim Practice.

Not sold? You can try a class before you buy during All Access Week, Jan. 10–16. UREC also offers punch passes, which allow users to try out classes.
