Red Wine Aroma Panel (Come to one or both days)

Tuesday, Jan. 21 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. (or until we run out of samples)
Food Science and Human Nutrition Building, Room 148.
We need 36 participants to evaluate aroma quality of red wine. You must be 21 years of age to participate – please bring your ID. The panel will require 20 minutes of your time. Please bring reading or an electronic device as there will be short breaks between sample evaluations. As a thank you for participating, you will receive a Ferdinand’s Gift Certificate!
