Recruiting diabetic patients for self-management using mobile app

I am 4th year Ph.D. student in information systems at Washington State University. My research is about the role of technology in the self-management of chronic diseases. Specifically my focus is on using mobile apps for the self-management of diabetes. My study is IRB exempt. I am at the stage of data collection. My data collection has three phases, recruitment (current phase), training, and interview. Once I identify the interested diabetic patients interested to participate, I will hold a short meeting to train them using a diabetes mobile app. Next, they will use and critique the app for at least one week. After a week, I will meet with them again for an 1.5 hrs long in-depth interview asking what they liked, what they didn’t like, and how they think the app can be improved. I’d appreciate it if you can help me recruit diabetic patients for my study.

If you are interested in participating in my study, please contact me at: majid.dadgar@wsu.edu
