A short list of PhD students in the arts & sciences will compete to explain their doctoral research and its significance in just three minutes — in terms just about anybody can understand — on Wednesday, March 8, at 11 a.m. in SPARK Atrium.
Winner of the CAS 3MT qualifier will compete in the WSU-wide contest on March 29.
The international 3MT competition challenges PhD students to present a compelling oration on their thesis and its significance in just three minutes — and using just one visual slide — in language appropriate to a non-specialist audience.
