From Sunday, Sept. 17, to Thursday, Sept. 21, Information Technology Services (ITS) will implement a quarterly network infrastructure upgrade process to address security and bug fixes.
During each maintenance window for this quarter’s updates, internet and VoIP phone connectivity across the WSU system will be impacted.

If VoIP phones do not return to service after a maintenance window closes, please reboot the phone.
