From 8 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20, Information Technology Services (ITS) is upgrading Pullman DataCenter infrastructure for bug and security fixes. If required, any remaining maintenance work will be completed from 8 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21.
This scheduled maintenance may impact services across the system that are fed from ITS DataCenter infrastructure in ITB and Sloan.
Non-redundant services will experience a 15-minute network outage during the maintenance window, while redundant services will only experience a slight interruption.
Any phones that unregister during or following this maintenance window should be unplugged via the cable from the back of the phone and plugged back in to reregister the device.
