Public Records 14-168 Courtesy Notice

This is a courtesy notice from the Public Records Office. No action is required. WSU received a Public Records Request from Public School Employees of Washington for public records, including the following: A record of all classified and exempt, represented and unrepresented, employees eligible for collective bargaining, including: name, job title, program/department, worksite, hourly rate, annual salary, if represented, who represents them, and current salary.   WSU is required to produce copies of the records requested in accordance with the Public Records Act (RCW 42.56, et seq).  The responsive record includes names, title, home department, work location, employee type, bargaining unit number, and annual pay rate.
