Hearing on Proposed Amendments to the Washington Administrative Code—
Public Records
Washington State University will conduct a public hearing on a proposed revision to WAC chapter 504-45 – Public Records on October 11, 2017 at 4 p.m. in Lighty Student Services Building, Room 401, Pullman, WA; SAC 501, WSU Spokane, Spokane, WA; Floyd 247, WSU Tri-Cities, Richland, WA; VMMC 202Q, WSU Vancouver, Vancouver, WA; and Conference Room 340, WSU North Puget Sound at Everett, WA. Notice of this public hearing is hereby given in accordance with provisions of RCW 34.05.320(4). The university is updating the procedures regarding requests for public records from Washington State University (WSU). The changes include, but are not limited to, rules regarding costs and available media for providing copies of public records.
The University will adopt the amendments based on the statutory authority found in RCW 28B.30.150.
