Thomas Neubig, who led the U.S. Treasury’s Office of Tax Analysis as its director and chief economist for 10 years, will present, “Federal Tax Reform: Why is it Needed, Why so Difficult?” at the fall 2017 Hoops Tax Institute Forum 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29, in Spark G45.
