Problems completing the online Sexual Harassment Prevention training?

A number of people have reported problems while attempting to complete the online Discrimination, Sexual Harassment, and Sexual Misconduct Prevention training course.  The most common solution is to select a browser other than Chrome.  The most reliable browser for these online courses is Firefox.
