Potential Pullman and Everett phone service interruption on Aug 1

There is a potential for interruption of WSU Pullman and WSU Everett phone services the morning of August 1.

Due to service testing immediately following the replacement of the Information Technology Building’s power transformer the evening of July 31, WSU Pullman and WSU Everett phones may experience intermittent re-registering, and additionally, Call Center Applications (i.e. ACDs) may not be available until as late as 9:00AM August 1st.

All efforts are being made to have the systems available by 8:00 a.m.  However, if you experience any issues with your WSU phone service after 8:00 am, you can check the ITS website for a project status update.

You can also submit a request for assistance by emailing crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu.
