Interested in graduate school? The Micron School of Materials Science and Engineering at Boise State University is actively seeking well-qualified students for their graduate programs.

Materials Science and Engineering is an interdisciplinary program and BSU accepts applicants from a variety of engineering and science backgrounds. If you have a B.S. degree in a materials science and engineering-related field (materials, metallurgy, ceramics, or polymer engineering), other engineering field (mechanical, electrical, chemical, industrial, civil, aerospace, biological, environmental, computer, or nuclear), the physical sciences (physics, earth science, or chemistry), the life sciences, or mathematics, you should apply.

All of the students enrolled in The Micron School of Materials Science and Engineering at Boise State University  M.S. and Ph.D. programs are fully funded with graduate research assistantships. We pay tuition and fees and a stipend between $25-$28,000 for all of the full-time students in good standing. The graduate programs are a great opportunity to explore and develop innovative research!
