Phone Issues – Student Financial Services

The Student Financial Services Office does have an alternative option for students to contact our office if the WSU system wide phone issues continue today. Students who call the main number (509-335-9711) are hearing a message that we have been experiencing technical difficulties and are being asked to call a different number (509-592-4210).  The new number will connect them directly to our Communications Center. As soon as we have confirmation that all phone issues are resolved, the message directing students to the alternate number will be removed and we’ll be back to business as usual. Students can also email us at financial@wsu.edu or visit our website financialaid.wsu.edu.
