Every January PERS 2 members who established membership prior to March 1, 2002 have the opportunity to transfer to PERS 3.

To utilize the Online Comparison Tool, you will need your current account balance, which can be accessed under “Your Retirement Account” or by contacting DRS at 800-547-6657 or recep@drs.wa.gov.
To transfer to PERS 3, which will be an irrevocable decision, complete a Member Transfer Form and submit it to Human Resource Services no later than January 31, 2017. The form is also available at the Pullman HRS Office at 139 French Administration Building.
