Pedestrian malls closed to through traffic

WSU Transportation Services has re-installed the bollards on Glenn Terrell Mall. All vehicular traffic on Glenn Terrell Mall and portions of Library Mall is prohibited.  The goal of this closure is to increase pedestrian safety by minimizing vehicle and pedestrian interactions in highly used pedestrian areas.
