PEBB Eligible Employees: Open Enrollment Ends TODAY!

The 2015 Open Enrollment period in which employees can make changes via hard copy forms ends today.  Online changes can continue to be submitted through November 30, 2014.

Remember, this is the one time each year to: change your medical/dental plan, add eligible family members to your coverage, enroll or re-enroll in a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and/or Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP), and to re-attest for the Spousal Surcharge for 2015.
